This is an amazing tool to assist first responders by buying precious life-saving minutes in a catastrophic car accident.
If your family is ever in this unfortunate situation, wouldnt you want to have the best possible rescue information available to release them from the crumpled metal and other potential dangers?
How much is a life worth? Think about how important "the golden hour" is and help yourself help others. Isnt that what we are supposed to do?
Decent enough app, Im sure it will be a handy resource when needed. Only complaint so far is that Subaru is not one of the included manufacturers and probably one of the more popular makes in my area.
Some bad moments
I am a first responder. I am surprised by the serious lack of vehicles in this database. For instance, the Toyota 4-Runner is not listed - which is one of the most popular cars on the road in that catagory. Dodge Chargers are missing as well to cite another example. In the "heat of the battle" a responder is going to waste a lot of time looking for cars that arent in this database. The idea is good, but this should not have been released unless and until the database of vehicles was much more complete.
The ap seems to be lacking complete info- most of the vehicles dont show fuel systems and info is pretty vague. Save your money and get the free ex ap. Hopefully, they will add more info soon, but until they do, save your money.
Inaccurate, incomplete data. Totally worthless app. What a waste of $5 bucks.
What info is there is great , but needs to be seriously and continuously upgraded to include at least all the cars and light trucks from 2002 forward. I have yet to pull this out on a crash and find it helpful- Just because not enough vehicles are in the database.
To keep it short and simple: Too many vehicles not covered and too many of the ones that are have minimal information.
I think the app has potential but at this point I dont think I would consider it a "go to" tool.
It fails to stay up to date with ALL the vehicles on the road. I dont need excuses I need results. My firefighters have entrusted their lives to me. This application I thought would be helpful. I was wrong.
